What are the requirements to rent a luxury Porsche from Caarax?

Based on our terms and conditions, the client needs to fulfill the following criteria:

 

  • Minimum Age Requirement: 25
  • Minimum rental days: 2
  • Deposit for vehicle rental - found in the vehicle description on the vehicle details page
  • The person needs to be a citizen of the EU or a resident with a permit to work and live in the EU
  • EU drivers license
  • Valid Bank Card for payment

 

Is there a mileage limit for the rental cars?

Our rental packages usually come with a generous mileage limit of 100 - 250 km per day. However, should you exceed this limit, additional charges may apply. Please check the specific terms and conditions of your rental found in the car description.

Am I authorized to drive the rental car outside of German territory?

No, usage of our rental cars is restricted to within German borders only.

 
 
Are you offering a delivery service?

Car delivery service can be added at a calculated additional cost based on your location.

Do you offer any additional features or services with your rentals?

All of our luxury Porsche vehicles come fully equipped with GPS navigation and premium sound systems. We also offer additional services such as personalized pickup and drop-off, and the option to add an additional driver.

What happens in case of a breakdown or accident?

Each Caarax vehicle comes with full breakdown and recovery service. In the unfortunate event of an accident or breakdown, contact us immediately and we will guide you through the process and get you back on the road as soon as possible.

What is the fuel policy?

Our rental cars are supplied with a full tank of fuel. We recommend returning the vehicle with a full tank to avoid any additional refuelling charges.

Is it possible to reserve a specific model of a Porsche vehicle?

Yes, at Caarax, you have the ability to reserve the exact model you want from our available fleet. Our team will make sure the model you've chosen is ready for you when you arrive to pick it up.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, extensions can be arranged subject to availability. Please contact our office at least 24 hours before your due return date so that we can check availability and advise on any rate changes.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the rental start date, there is no cancellation fee. However, cancellations made after this period may be subject to charges. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Are your vehicles smoke-free?

Yes, all our vehicles are smoke-free. We want to ensure the best experience for all our clients, and as such, we uphold a strict no-smoking policy in all our vehicles.
